I enjoy almost anything if I am with the right person. I love to travel to new places and also revisiting places that interest me.After being married for a long time, and with grown children and three grandsons, my goal is to have it all the second time around. I am looking for someone who has the same interest, and also wants a loving, trusting, mature relationship, someone who believes in God and has faith and values. I am not talking about a holy roller by any means, but believing in God is a must. Also, trust is a big thing for me, as well as being with somebody who also enjoys doing things with their friends from time to time and not being offended by an occasional "girls night out" for me. I like to drink socially, love happy hours with friends, but I also know my limit. If there is an alcohol problem involved, you are not for me. I have overcome alot of adversities so far in my life and still feel that the best is yet to come. I try to take whatever is thrown at me and make the best of it, and I think I have done well in that area. I am on my own for the first time in my life and I feel very liberated by that, but still miss companionship and somebody to come home to after work. I am an honest person, I am a good friend and feel that friends are very important. I like the simpler things in life and the little things mean alot.As far as music, I like soft rock, country, oldiest, jazz, just about anything except for rap. Even love to listen occasionally to Celtic Women which I find very soothing. For a first date I would like to meet this person in a public place, as I feel this would be beneficial to both of us. Maybe meet for a drink or dinner and then decide if we feel that we are compatible and would like to see each other again.

    My son is the highlight of my life but he is now 19 years old and starting to have a life of his own. I work in corporate management for a large in-home service provider.
