I try to enjoy the simple things in life...like putting a smile on someones face. It's a very rewarding feeling. Simply by smiling at someone you can make a difference in how their day goes. I try to take pride in who I am and what I do. I'm not perfect though....by any means. I do have areas I need to work on. I am willing to work on them. Most of us have fears about one thing or another and little by little I'm working through them. Life's all about choices and learning from them. I've always been a hard worker. I like working in the yard (I love flowers). I enjoy creating and building things. I like to do crafts, oil painting, rafting, fishing, yard sales, dancing ect. I'm willing to try new things. I enjoy traveling and site seeing. I would really like to find the right person for me to spend my life with. I haven't drank for ***years and to be honest I don't want to be with anyone that drinks a lot.........it just wouldn't work for me. I want someone who is willing to make a relationship work...and some times that takes work and compromise.............. Honesty and communication are very important to me..........You can't have a solid, healthy and meaninful relationship with out it. I want someone that is resposible, but still can laugh and enjoy life. I want that person to be able to to trust me enough to share their deepest thoughts and feelings and just be who they are from the start. Life is short and I don't want to hurt anyone. It feels great. Granted, some of my joints whine from time to time but they will get over it!I'm a music lover with classic rock being my genre of choice. I do enjoy most live music as the energy is so intoxicating! I prefer 70's & 80's. Styx is my favorite band and I still have most of the vinyl. Godsmack was a very surprising experience and would LOVE to see them again, only closer to the stage! I can talk music all day and relate any classic rock song to any particular point in my life. I also appreciate a good blues or jazz band. I would definitely be up for a classical music concert as well. I love to sing along loudly and dance! Music to me is part of my soul. I can go days without watching TV but a day without music is like not being able to breathe!Not a hair, nails, makeup, shoes, clothes horse, designer type. I live simply and dress casually. I do clean up well and don't have a problem doing that when the occasion calls for it. Meetings in a public place. Coffee, tea, beer, mixed drinks, food, conversation, music. I guess I should elaborate on this a bit. I really am looking for a life partner, friend, soulmate, confidante, lover, etc, etc. I'm not looking to jump into sex and would prefer to take things slow. Friends first for ultimately if your are not friends what's the point?? And if we should meet and wind up just being friends that's great! If you want to chat please be respectful!
