Woman. 54 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 51-61
People describe me as a petite woman with a large personality. I just turned 53, but my spirit and body are much younger. I view the world through "broad lenses", as a result of my education, travel experiences, and lifestyle. I tend to be open minded and liberal, always searching for the positive in any given situation. The "givens" that I hope to share with someone special would include characteristics such as: humor, honesty, loyalty, integrity, and respect. I am searching for that one special soul who shines in their own skin, that guy who rocks my world like no one before. Together we create a magical relationship and people say "WOW", because it's that cool and it shows. Our adventures would be many and our time together exciting and sexy. Where are you? Wouldn't it be wonderful if you went on a date that was "electric"! Some people get what this really means. I do. It's what I want and desire. It's a rare find, but so worth the wait.....

I would like to meet a man who loves GOD more than himself. A kind, sincere, Man of his word. Who is confident in who he is. If you are a gentleman and desire a true Lady I would love to hear from you. Walk hand in hand barefoot with the surf wisping on our feet. Or walking hand in hand on El Paseo Drive..we would walk till we ran out of things to say to each other...for just that night. :)

As I was surfing the Meet Me's, I saw a some profiles with marital status: Separated. It made me wonder, Hmmmm, what's the story there??My status is "separated" and I realize that I should disclose more info about that. My ex and I are planning to finalize our split later this year. Joint financial matters and (free) health insurance for spouses are the reasons we haven't made it official. We split 2 yrs ago, very amicably. A 20 yr marriage where the sizzle had fizzled :-)I feel there is no ONE mand for ONE woman; Aas we travel our life's path, we may be lucky to meet several soul mates. The people you just connect with; and you know it pretty early on. It's not a love-at-first-sight thing, that's so Hallmark and trite. But a real connection that you feel in your solar plexus. Its unmistakeable. Not sure about online dating. Honestly, it doesn't resonate. Photographs are so one dimensional and the descriptions we write about ourselves are obviously subjective. But I did meet an interesting and talented man the first week I signed on to meetville, travel distance and opposite work schedules made it a frustrating connection; we stopped dating after 3 months.Hobbies: I like outdoors stuff, but not particularly athletic. Starting bicycling and yoga for fitness and fun. Love reading....). I love to laugh, and make others laugh; humor ir very important to me.Goals and aspirations: I'm on a quest to be a better human being. Working on bachelor's degree. I plan on living near a coast some day; probably the E. coast of FL.I'm a no BS woman. Don't like drama and will not participate in others' drama. I'm fairly straightforward, without being mean. Diplomatic but honest. I'm smart and have a good sense of humor. A good sense of humor trumps most other traits/qualities in my male and female friends. I've delayed participating in these dating websites. I'm not interested in men who move from ***after a first meeting or two. I'm interested in someone who is funny, smart, attractive, physically fit (doesn't have to be perfect), who likes similar music. I'm looking for substance and someone who is genuine. If you need constant reassurance and validation; I'm not your woman. Confident men are sexy. Needy men are of no interest to me.I almost listed music in the Talk About Hobbies section, but realized it has it own.Music is very important in my life. I love hearing live bands. Left on a desolate island with only one genre of music; metal (and most of its sub genres! Not fond of rap or hip hop. Coffee somewhere. Either we hit it off, and you know that kinda thing right away, or we don't. Conversation over a nice cup of coffee/tea is enough time to assess.
