I am here like most of you (I hope) looking to meet someone that I can connect with. Someone that I have a few things in common with, including a faith in God. A man that is honest, caring, and of good moral character. A little romantic and you might be just right. My friends would say that I am someone special, caring, honest, creative and fun to be around...although, they are my friends, what else would they say. I think I am funny sometimes, but you will have to be the judge of that. I enjoy most music, but these days I lean toward contemporary country. My youngest son just started his third year of college. I also have two older sons that are out and on their own. One of them is married. I stay pretty active, workout several times a week, have participated in ***marathons and some 5k's. The most fun was the Warrior Dash. It was super fun and I hope to do it again. Finally got around to doing a zip line. Had all three of my sons home for the weekend and we went. That too, was a lot of fun. Have to work on my landings...so, I need to go again!! :***of my favorite things to do is caving, but my new favorite is kayaking. On a recent canoe trip, I was able to trade places with my nephew and kayak for a while and it is much more fun! You should try it!

What makes me unique, well we are all unique in our own way. I am extremely loving, honest and an optimist, kind of quirky and ridiculously funny. I truly love life! I love winter and a warm fireplace to sit around with someone special. My one passion in life besides my children is singing. I love to sing and have sang professionally here and there. I am not a nightclub kind of girl, I'm more of a homebody. I enjoy cooking and playful fun in the kitchen while cooking. When people ask me to describe myself I have to say I’m multi-faceted (like a diamond). I love horses, crossfit, most any sport and good food. Trying new restaurants, a road trip for a famous BBQ joint, or cooking a new recipe. I work out on a regular basis and still play in a coed softball league. I'm very active - not one to sit around if there's something going on. I’m attracted to strong men who can wrap their arms around me (while turning me on the dance floor, of course!). Sarcasm is an attribute in my book and so is a dry sense of humor. I like to tease but am never cruel. Laughter is a MUST and if you can laugh at yourself then you probably have the level of self-esteem I might be attracted to. I am proud of my professional achievements and want a man who is not intimidated by my success. I don’t make time to watch too much television; I’d rather be outside or getting physical.I don’t smoke but I understand that some people do and I’ll accept it if it’s occasional; but not if it’s a habit. I am not looking for a man with addictions – you know who you are and what they are and I’m not very tolerant in that respect.I prefer casual to fancy and like beer better than liquor most of the time. I am most comfortable in jeans and boots or shorts and flops. I can dress-up as well, but its not a regular occurrence (except for work!) and would be a special occasion of some kind. I’m not interested in a high maintenance man; you cannot take longer than me to get ready. My ideal age range is ***but if you’re awesome, I’ll make an exception. Age is just a number anyway. I want someone I have common ground with but that can keep up with me and is willing to go and do and enjoy everything life has to offer. I’m willing to travel if you’re worth it. I like a man who can take control but is willing to let me have my way in certain areas. If your interests are similar, maybe we should meet. I can never have enough friends or dance partners so what do we have to lose? Somewhere and something simple where we can visit and get to know each other a little bit; then if things click, we can go on a real date.
