HiI strive to be true to myself every day. Although my work keeps me occupied most of the day, I'm in great need of fun and adventure.Being independent gives me the freedom to plan and execute as I see fit..I earn a good living and money will never be an issue as long as you can afford to pay for yourself..Love a is a word that women tend to dramatize. I'm not looking for love I'm looking for tolerance. If we can listen and understand each other we can enjoy life without complications.A dinner, a live concert, a game of backgammon in the park, or just sitting on my balcony on the rocking chairs.Your looks are not an issue as long as you are fit.I live a very healthy and physically active lifestyle..I don't climb mountains but I do my best to stay fit and in shape.I need to be with someone that shares these very important values, they keep me motivated. The artist and creator in me can sometimes be overbearing, howsoever I do take an hint when I go overboard. If you are intelligent and independent we can have an awesome connection.I'm spontaneous and uninhibited and I know how to push the right buttons.A sense of humor is a MUST. A place where I can get all your attention.

Looking for: man. In age: 50-60
I'm fun loving and friendly, my kids are out of the house and now I'm looking to have some adult time. I love to travel, take day trips and stop at quaint little shops along the way. I love the Ocean and the Mountains. I enjoy reading autobiographies, historically based writings, National Geographic magazine, and anything else that may catch my interest. Knitting and crafting are cathartic. When I go out with friends we often end up at Karaoke shows...what fun! I work as a Nurse at a Assisted living facility in the Fan District I enjoy my job and feel blessed to work with wonderful elder people each day. It is hard work but always rewarding.! I feel that what we do with our lives should make a difference, and we should give as much as we take. I enjoy lots of different movies, most types of music, although I usually run the other way when Hip Hop or Rap is played! Jazz, Blues, Classic Rock, Country are my favorites. A first date could be meeting for dinner and talking, laughing and enjoying each others company. Hopefully finding out that we have common interests and passions. Perhaps an after dinner walk with continued conversation, and of course a wonderful goodnite kiss..!

I'm a busy single mom. I have two teenagers, one girl, one boy. I have two jobs, and not a lot of free time, but I'd like to find a friend(s) to go to the movies with, out to lunch with, hiking, hit some Saturday markets, or just hang out. I love my kids, but sometimes I just want to talk to another grownup :-)I can be a little shy, although I usually try to pretend I'm not. Sometimes that works...sometimes it doesn't. I enjoy talking and listening to someone else's story. I'm not much of a drinker. I don't want to drink in front of my kids and I don't drink and drive, so that's kind of limiting. I don't smoke and I don't play around with drugs. I actually have a good time stone cold sober and can amuse myself with my own thoughts for quite a while--I can even amuse others with my thoughts at times!I enjoy country music and can sing along with many of the songs on the radio, although I only do that in the privacy of my car, when driving alone. I don't sing well, so I make up for it by singing loudly, and no one I know well enough to have in my car deserves to be subjected that particular torture.I'm a big believer in treating others as I'd like to be treated, so I try to be kind and helpful and just plain old nice most of the time, but I do have a smart mouth sometimes. It's part of my charm!I can hang out with just about anybody, but if I were dating a guy, I'd like him to be tall and without facial hair. I just hate beards and mustashes--although I sort of like the old 5 o'clock shadow.
