At this age I never dreamed I wouldn't be married, and be alone to try to live out the rest of my life. I don't want to be alone. I CAN be alone if I have to be, but I don't want to be. I'm not interested in finding someone just like me. I am also not interested in trying to change someone. If I like them enough to date them, fall in love, or marry them then why would I want to CHANGE them? I am very laid back and patient. I will expect to be treated how I treat you, with respect and care. I have 2 daughters, both grown....one granddaughter, who has me wrapped around her finger, and a very affectionate****r spaniel who is two years old and has yet to figure out he is a d-o-g. I put on here that I was few extra pounds, because I am far from ideal weight for my height. I am not huge- or gross by any means. Just bigger than I need to be and there is always room for improvement. I would prefer someone who can look at what a beautiful person I am on the inside and how lucky they would be to have me, modesty aside lol,by getting to know me and realize that although I might be "fluffy" :) there is so much more to me than that. I'm educated but that is just a degree in business. It doesn't mean I know everything about everything, nor do I act that way. Most of my adult life has been spent working in the medical field. I just want to find someone to love who loves me back. Not sure why that is such a challenge but I guess if it were easy we would allllll be happy now wouldn't we? :) I like to go to movies in my spare time....I read on average a book every two weeks. That is how I wind down at bedtime. I sing and have gone to karaoke for years...my taste in music is pretty wide, but my favorites are classic rock, new country, blues; I don't drink or smoke so that makes karaoke a challenge. It started just as an outlet for singing , but I tired of it quickly. Anything you want to ask? I'm here Not sure what other women say on here because i dont read their profiles, but I need someone honest who sincerely wants a relationship. I still have the accent.

I am a very happy person; I can have a good time doing just about anything. I laugh at jokes, myself and sometimes life in general. I will try just about anything once unless it involves heights. I see no reason to jump out of a perfectly working airplane… I have a nice life; I have an education, a job I love, and my own home and I raised a terrific kid and now her friend as well. Who could really ask for more. I am kind to everyone, I don’t care who or what you are, treat me nice and I will treat you nice. I am honest, faithful, loving, love to cuddle, and hold hands. I am not mean and I do not hold a grudge, life is way too short for any of that nonsense. I would rather just have a conversation and workout the issues. I feel we all need some amount of space, so I am not clingy, or desperate. If our plans change, I do not get upset about it I just make new ones for myself. I think I am a good time all by myself. I can always find something to enjoy in just about anything I do. I used to play pool, I used to love to dance but no one has danced with me since my Dad died. I love spending time with family, friends and animals. I love quiet nights in or out with someone special. I miss the conversations that go from funny to deep to giggles. I want fun and laughter back, I would like to travel some, I have worked way to hard in the past so it is time for me to enjoy life and I would like to have someone to join me. Maybe that could be you? We could meet for a drink maybe someplace quiet so we could talk. Maybe a walk after just because we want to keep talking.
