Well. Spent 17 years (on and off mind you) with a man who did me dirty like a used up dish rag. And then left me for a married woman! Having said that. I got my life together and still want to get married and live happily ever after. Or somewhere warm where I can wear flip flops every day.

Let’s talk about me, that's the hard part. I’m divorced (only once). I don’t have any children but I do have my dogs which I totally adore. All are shelter dogs and yes I’ These values are important to me. I’m an independent lady who would like someone to share my life with. I’m not into the bar scene and find it hard to meet people in my age group. I do like a beer or wine from time to time. I also believe trust and honesty are very important in a relationship for it to successful. I’m a happy person and tend to avoid negative people. Life is not perfect but you have to make the best of it. I like to laugh and yes that means laughing at me at times. Chemistry is important but it’s hard to put that definition in writing. You don’t get everything in on package but communication, personality, honesty and trust are on the top of my list. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Simple dinner, drinks or lunch.

I told my friend this is what I'm looking for. She thought it was cute and told me I should use it the next time I make a profile. This should tell you something about my personality... any good looking (or mediocre) rich (or at least working) with a cool (or at least running) car, and living on his own (or with a dog) SINGLE guys! He MUST be sarcastic, or at least have a thick enough skin to not be offended easily! I'm not a mean sarcastic, just a fun one... :)I love camping, country music, riding quads and being on the back of a motorcycle (but it's not a requirement for my guy to have one!) , my dog (minpin/chichiuhau mix) I like gardening (flowers mostly), woodworking, hiking, the ocean, the mountains, big cities, and small towns. I live in the country and was born and raised there, but have also lived in a small town.I like Nascar but haven't gotten to go to a race for a few years.I've been at the same job for almost 8 years. I drive a Subaru Forester, which isn't paid off but also is paid for by me and me alone. One of the most important things to me is honesty. I've been let down by the best. It's left me sad, but not bitter and still able to believe there's one good one still out there for me.Also, if you live more than an hour away, I'm probably not the one for you. I believe distance can be a huge factor in a good relationship.I don't wanna give you all the dish...we'll need something to talk about on the phone and maybe a first date! Take care and happy fishing!p.s. I don't believe in chatting on here for weeks either. If you are genuinely looking for someone special, you will make the time to meet early on and save each other time. if you're not compatible, you can get back to fishing..if you are, well...then let the good times roll!p.s.s isn't it common courtesy to respond to a person who says hi to you? when in public, do you just rudely turn your back and walk away when someone says hi? why is it ok to do it on here? if someone takes the time to drop you a line, the least you could do is respond with a NO THANK YOU if you're not interested. A first date can be anything from a drive in the country, a walk in the park, dinner, or just an ice cream cone. But, it's important to be in a public place until we are both comfortable.
