I love the outdoors and all it has to offer, hiking, biking and the like although I havent done either lately. Update.....met new relatives we didn't know were out there! I have two children, both boys and one grand-daughter. I do visit them often and enjoy spending time with them.In the past I have gone two stepping and loved it,.. great weight management tool.
