Hello single gentlemen of the DFW area. Some of the things that touch me (in no certain order).~ A warm kiss on a cold night.~ Snuggling on the couch in front of a fire; or watching a movie in my special man's arms.~ Good conversation.~ A cool, crisp morning where I can hear the breeze blowing through the trees, the birds chirping, and a great cup of coffee in my hand. This wouldn't be complete without that special someone to snuggle with.~ Bike riding or skating through the trees with the sun in my face.~ Deep blue skys that are so clear you feel that you can reach up and touch the sun.~ Rain hitting the roof.~ Waking up in a different city with you, preparing to explore the attractions.~~ Puppy breath.~ Dancing with you in my arms.~ Good food. I'm not a big eater (I have to keep my girlish figure, don't you know) but I love food.~ Reading a good book.~ A neat, tidy house.~ Exercise~ The color purple.~ An athletic, toned man who looks great in cowboy boots, tennis shoes or no shoes.Some of the things that I prefer to avoid.~~ The television on all of the time. You miss so much of life if you're watching the boob tube.~ Smokers.~ Games. I'm a straight shooter. I'm looking for honesty, integrity, and someone with high morals. ~ Complainers and negativity. I enjoy life and I am looking for a happy, positive soul to spend my time with.~ Con artists, save your time and energy. I will not send money to anybody I don't know. I am no fool.I am looking for a companion to share my time with. We will be best friends and lovers. We will cheer each other on when we are up and support each other when we are down. We will enjoy eating a quiet dinner together or heading for the bright lights with friends. Our weekends can be spent tinkering around the house, visiting with friends and family, or hopping on a plane for warmer (or cooler) climate. I have one grown son who I am very proud of.     I'd love to find someone to get out and go do things with me. Lately, I've been exploring the artistic side I never get to express. I work in software and I'm paid to be technical so, although that takes creativity, I need a creative outlet. I'm independent, have a decent job, lead a low-stress life and I enjoy spending time with friends, outside is best. I've been divorced for some time now and I'm perfectly comfortable being on my own but it would be nice to have that one special friend. I've done a little traveling in the US only and I really want to start traveling internationally. I find at this age many of my friends are married with kids so they have little time/freedom to get out and have a drink much less take a trip. I don't mind if you have children but having free time is important to me.
