Hello! Ok...so I am very new to this online dating stuff...I dont have a lot of free time to devote to it, but who knows...maybe my life will get less crazy one day soon! I am a native Nashvillian...I love it here and wouldnt want to live anywhere else...visiting is nice tho :) .... I have 2 kids who are grown with kids of their own. My Mother is very special to me and I do what I can to help her in any way. I love my family time and whoever is with me should enjoy that with me as well. Dont get me wrong, I like my alone time as well, with that special someone. I prefer a NON Smoker and a NON heavy drinker. I love to bowl and take walks/hikes when time permits. I work a lot and my free time is limited so I enjoy what I can, When I can! I am very honest and extremely nice...some say too nice. I absolutely think laughter is the BEST medicine. I love being doted on and feeling like I am something special to someone. It is refreshing to me to think that someone special has planned a special 'date' with me. I love almost any kind of music, especially the 80s and 90s. Not a huge Rap fan. Movie going is a plus for me...it gives me a chance to forget about work and totally lose myself in the movie. Comedies are the BEST but I am not opposed to a good Action or Drama movie (without the blood and guts). Eventually I would love to not have to work so much and be able to spend time doing special and fun things more often. I go to church on Sundays and have been going to the same church for the last 39 years. I am very spiritual and I truly believe everything happens for a reason and that there is an ultimate plan for me, although I am not sure of what that is!! Who knows...maybe me getting on this site and doing online dating is something I have been meant to do in order to meet that special someone. Thank you for taking time to read my profile. Depending on the weather, maybe a nice walk in the park, Stopping for Ice Cream along the way, or just meeting up over coffee and chatting for a bit. Going to a Movie on a first date probably wouldnt be a good idea because we cant talk, unless we REALLY want to make some people mad! :)

Remember Superman?Faster than a speeding bullet.More powerful than a locomotive.Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.The one super power he possessed that impressed me the most was the ability to change clothes in a phone booth. Have any of you guys tried to put on a pair of tights in a phone booth? Shoot, I need at least a 10'-10' area to accomplish that feat. I wonder where he changes clothes today. I put in 12 hr days 4 days a week caring for a blind Alzheimer patient. It's difficult physically and emotionally, and the pay is low. It is a job most could not or would not be capable of doing. While most are sitting at their desk staring at their computer screens, I am on my feet: caring. When others are ready to stand and play, I am ready to sit and breath. I spend my first day off recouping. This usually involves sitting, working on a project, or strolling around the yard enjoying the fresh air. Then there are errands to run, bills to pay and things to clean. That leaves me a day to enjoy. As much as I love to help, I am unable to take on someone else's responsibilities at this time. So I won't ask you to work on my car if you don't ask me to clean your house.I put my dreams aside to raise my boys, so now I enjoy spending time alone working on my writing. I recently became interested in photography and plan to pursue classes. I enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, Frisbee, badminton, festivals, live theater, art museums, golf, swimming, walking thru cornfields, eating peanut butter from a spoon, laughing with friends and movies that make me think, or keep me on the edge of my seat.At the risk of sounding selfish; I have spent most of my life taking care of others and now I am looking for someone who is able to give of themselves unselfishly. I'm not looking to be taken care of, just cared for. It's important to me that you have a favorite restaurant you enjoy visiting, I also have one I enjoy. I care that you like your coffee a certain way, and I like mine a certain way as well. I would like to find someone who understands that I have different interest, different likes and dislikes. At times I would like to share those things with this person as I would want them to share their interest with me, other times I would like to go it alone. Another one of my favorites is to hop a last minute flight to the beach and soak up some sun for a weekend .. gotta love some sand and salt :) .. but there's nothing like a long walk here in TN either, so beautiful!I'm not a real fitness buff, YET!
