You don't need to look any further...I am the one you’ve been looking for!!I don't have a lot of time for hobbies...I guess my job is my hobby, which is OK for now because it keeps me busy; I would like to change that though. I would like to find someone to make new adventures and memories with. I like riding motorcycles, attending different sports, going to movies and concerts & taking a drive just to see where I end up. I think it is necessary for two people to be similar in their likes and dislikes, education level (or if not that, their intelligence level), & a couple should have some similar interests and/or goals to stay interested in one another and compatible - (Although some of my best friendships and relationships have been with people that are very different from me). It seems that this should go without saying, but I want someone that will respect me, treat me kindly and value our relationship. I think everyone is looking for that special person that makes them feel good. I not only want someone I can live with – I want someone that I feel as though I can’t live without! It seems as though relationships are "disposable" these days - I would like to find someone that wants to try to stick together no matter what. I enjoy spending time with a man that’s a good conversationalist. BTW...I don’t need anyone to take care of me, but would like to find someone to care about me. I'm pretty sure I won't get married again but it sure would be nice to have someone to share the ride.If you're a guy that can’t live without your alcohol or drugs, you are not the one for me.Oh...One more thing...if you don't have a picture, I won't respond. The first thing you need to know about me is my major interest in all things equine. Presently, I have 3 horses and 1 dog. I am an endurance rider, but love any horse sport that is fun, ie; team penning, jumping, trail trials, packing, reining, etc... I have been involved in farming and ranching for over 30 years. It is a lifestyle I prefer. I am interested in lots of outdoor sports and recreation, though, prefering non-motorized fun. I like quiet mnt. trails. Canoeing, and maybe a little fishing. Sometimes it's nice to stay home and work on my place. Sometimes, I just sit outside and breath in the fresh country air. Have not had tv in over 4 years, and don't miss it ... much. What makes me unique ? Boy, is that a loaded question. I have been told I am a cross between Annie Oakly and Calamity Jane. I think that is somewhat true. I am strong willed and usually know what I want in life, and/or out of life. I'd like to find someone who will listen to me when I am upset, as well as tell me when they are having problems of their own, and not pretend everything is ok. I'm done with pretending. I love to laugh and enjoy a good joke, even if it's on me. I can usually find something positive, even in a bad situation. I don't do one nite stands, never have, never will. I need a relationship before I will get intimate with someone. Well, I just lost ***of you, didn't I. Ha ha, if your still reading, maybe you are who I am looking for ? I like country music, older rock n roll, celtic, bluegrass. I do not drink, smoke, or do drugs. I have experienced life living with alcoholism and drug addiction, and am not at all interested in travelling down that very bumpy road, again. If you like to over indulge, then I am not the person for you. I may have a glass of wine or champagne at special events and dinners. My drugs of choice are horses and chocolate. Hey, they are both legal. : ) Hmm..... whatever we decide. A trail ride might be fun ? I mainly view this site on my phone, so I can't access the chat feature, but feel free to message me! A little about me... hmmm... Let's see. I listen mainly to top 40 music, but that's because I have a teenager in the house who has taken over radio rights. Left on my own, I will listen to just about anything. Don't really like jazz, blues or rap, but willing to compromise. :) I like horseback and bike riding and riding on the back of motorcycles I want to learn how to skydive, and want to learn how to do more things on the water....kayaking, canoeing, skiing. I stink at golf...just slightly better at bowling...and my ability to dance depends on how much alcohol I've had! I'm not really a watcher of sports on TV (in fact I rarely watch TV) but I do enjoy going to games. Still haven't been to a Naturals game...hint hint! lolJeans and T-shirt type of girl, but there are dresses and even formal gowns in my closet as well. Fishing in the morning, charity ball at night? I'm ready!Love reading...mostly fiction though...reading the Game of Thrones series right now. Anything else you might be curious about, just ask!I am very family-oriented. My children and grandchildren are very important. I have a great group of friends that I socialize with pretty regularly. I work full time, and I just finished going to school part time to learn a second profession. I am a girl scout co-leader as well.This fills a lot of my time, but there is still something missing. My family, friends and girls are all great company, but not really 'dates'. I would like to find someone to go out to dinner with, or to movies, or to see a band, ah you get the idea. If it grows into something more, great!I share my time with many people, but I'd still like one special person to share with as well. Maybe it's you? :-) Reading through all these profiles, dinner and a movie seems to be top choice. That's all well and good, but you can't really talk to someone during a movie, and talking with your mouth full is impolite as well! I don't drink that often, (and I don't care for wine)so sharing over drinks is also not so great. How about the zoo? Or a walk through the Botanical Gardens? Or a Baseball game? Bowling (although I'm terrible at it)? Lots of options out there. I'd much rather be doing something other than worrying if there is food stuck between my teeth!
