I think it is important to get to know each other on the first date to make sure that we want to continue with pursuing the possibilities. I am not one to waste my time or yours, if there is no interest. I believe in being open and honest about who I am and what I think. If all goes well on the first date, then that evening could be the beginning of a good thing.
