I am a woman who likes to be active. I am a runner, having run 8 marathons, workout 4 times a week, usually one of my workouts is a long run. In the fall, I love competing in football pools. I also enjoy golf, but I am not that good at it. I am looking for my soul mate, if that person exists. I am looking for a long-term relationship, which would hopefully be the one that lasts forever. I love the ocean and the water. I am a good swimmer too. I enjoy rock, some jazz, some country, and a little pop music too.I am not sure how I feel about on-line dating, but it seems to be the way people meet these days.     I'm a very positive person who enjoys life on a daily basis. I feel very fortunate to have my health, a job I love, amazing children and great friends. I am a Registered Nurse and have 3 children. My two oldest children have graduated from college and are in long term relationships. My youngest child is starting her senior year of college. I am 5'2, 120lbs with long, blond hair and green eyes. It's ok to be a coach potato once in a while, but I prefer doing things. Whether it be a game of darts or a simple a walk on the beach, it doesn't matter what you do, it about who you're with.The majority of my career has been in Emergency Nursing. I am a RN and Paramedic. One of my favorite jobs in my career was working on a Medivac helicopter. I worked on the helicopter for six years, it was a great job! Currently, I am working at a local hospital as a Site Administrator. I have a great schedule! I work three 12 hour shifts a week. Although I am required to work some weekends and holidays, it's worth having the extra 4 days off. I feel fortunate to have a career I still love after 25 years. A couple of my favorite sayings are; "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away" and "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning how to dance in the rain". I would like the first date to be a casual meeting, somewhere on the water, enjoying a nice glass of Chardonnay. This would give us a chance to talk and get to know each other better.

    I'm not too sure what this site will bring but maybe it's worth a shot. I love to laugh and have a good time. Being active is important to me just as i'd hope it'd be important to you.
