I always try to be honest, especially with myself. I try to be nice but blunt. One of my worst flaws is that I try too hard to please everyone. I like helping when I can. I think that as long as you try to be the best person you can be; never stop trying new thing; and always learning something new, then you're doing pretty darn good.
