For starters, I am very spontaneous and enjoy living life on the edge (recently just went to Kenya, Africa by myself for 5 weeks to volunteer and explore and am going backpacking in Europe at the end of this year for 4 weeks!). I love long road trips, skydiving, camping, hiking, fishing, and random "on the spot" excursions. While I do enjoy going out, I also love spending the night in cuddled up on the couch watching a good movie, talking, or playing board games. I like guys who can hold intellectual conversations and aren't afraid to express their opinions or emotions. I am a very open and honest woman and expect the same for those who are in my life. Most people would describe me as a "go-getter", passionate, and hard-driven. If I want something, I go after it. If there is a cause I care deeply about, I will put 110% of my effort towards it trying to make a difference/change.While I'm mature and determined, I also have a very laid back side. I'm an extremely outgoing and bubbly person. I'm not easily embarrassed so being goofy is a must. I have a knack for making boring situations fun and like people who can give me a good laugh. I have my bachelors degree in Psychology and Women's Studies and am currently in graduate school for a Masters in Community Psychology to become a licenses professional counselor. I founded a sexual assault initiative called Shutter the Silence which is a photography project intended to capture the untold stories of sexual assault. I also currently own my own photography business, and would like to continue to pursue that as well as life goes on.
