About Me

I'm of the geek/nerd variety. I'm an IT nerd, especially. I build, mod and fix both PCs and consoles. I'm also a gamer and have been since I was little. Though I'm more casual now days due to being an adult - I own 10 consoles total. Lately, I've just been playing WoW during my down time.I'm currently working full time in the IT field. I'm currently living alone, with my two awesome cats and three rats. I enjoy going out more than staying in (I do have my nights in though!), with that said I'm not really into the club/bar scene at all. I enjoy going to bookstores and wasting countless hours reading random books, conventions of sorts (Mechacon, Quakecon, etc), thrift stores, random road trips, etc.My friends typically describe me as being more outgoing, more social, and often times 'sweet'. I consider myself to be laid back, mostly. I am a curvy girl, meaning I'm a size ***. I'm happy with my body, I've lost a lot of weight in the past, and would like to lose more but I don't stress over it. *I'm looking for someone who has similar interests, at the very least. I love being surrounded by friends, and would love for you to be one of them. I prefer to take things slow - start with friendship first. I know what I want and refuse to settle. I'm content being single, but I can't wait to meet the right guy :)*I'm not looking for someone with children, over the age of 29, and/or hooking up/short terms/long distances.     Well I'm a nerd, and I love being nerdy. I play video games and I love watching people play them too! Honestly I just want someone I can be nerdy with! I'm going to school to get a degree in either chemistry or physics. I'm surprisingly competitive and not in a nice way, so I tend to try and keep that locked down. I'm very laid back and willing to go with the flow. I don't enjoy the stupid games that people play while going through the courtship process. He didn't text me back so I won't text him until he does, she didn't hint that she's ok with that so I'll back off. I don't really know what I'd want to do on a first date. I've finally decided what I want to do with my life (for the most part). I'm going to school right now to get my bachelors in mass communications, and I'd like to put that into use in radio broadcasting. I've always loved music and I have a pretty good sense of humor, so it makes sense that life has lead me to this path :)..I suppose everyone has something that makes them unique, so here's a few examples:-I've been to 6 countries in Europe-I played the trombone for 12 years-I read magazines from back to front-I hate being late (to anything :P)-some of my best friends are drag queens-I haven't had sex in almost a year (yea, I'd say that's pretty unique lol)-I love anything Betty Boop-donuts and 90's pop are my weaknesses -. It would completely depend on the person I was going on a date with.
