I'm actively involved in my church as a youth leader and member of the drama team - I love every chance I get to hang out with that crazy youth group. Currently in my second year of my big kid job; I get to have fun and maybe teach a little bit of math to a bunch of 14-year- I absolutely love it. Every day is a new adventure with the chance to positively impact my kids' lives. While my career requires a great amount of professionalism, I can't help being silly and sarcastic...a lot (in and out of my classroom); it's all about having a balance between one's silly and serious sides ***of the many things I look for in others.-time favorite comic strip. I come from a larger than average family of mainly boys, so I only know how to cook for a small army. I will willingly sit through an entire sporting event (except basketball) and enjoy every minute of it - even have a few favorite teams. I'm a weather nerd (almost went to school for meteorology - long story); actually, I'm a nerd in general and love learning new, random things. I appreciate honesty, pumpkin flavored anything, humor, wonderful smells, puns, spontaneity...and good grammar. Not impressed by shirtless pictures. Character, wit, and intelligence have more value to me. I dislike country music, conceit, a dirty kitchen, drama, girly girl fru fru stuff and sweet potato anything. So what if you're "laid back", can enjoy going out AND having a night in and are looking for a girl who has a good head on her shoulders? Seems like everyone is. What makes you different?
