Hello!! I am an out-going (but sometimes introverted), goal-oriented woman who wants to find someone similar. I love ALL animals...cats & dogs are the best! (I still enjoy a good hamburger/steak...don't get me wrong!)I am a full-time student at UW--town girl. It would be nice to find someone from the area, because the long-distance thing isn't my cup of tea. However, I'm willing to try if you're worth it. :)I love baking...I enjoy making treats/desserts for any occasion. I do some cooking as well, which usually involves my crock pot.Family means the world to me, they come before anyone...should be the same for you. :) I am a hopeless romantic. I feel that romance is what keeps love strong in a relationship.I enjoy the occasional night out, but nothing too crazy. I have a great sense of humor and love to make others laugh. I always say sarcasm is my second language.I love my job working with the elderly...and could do it the rest of my life. I probably will work with that population when I graduate college in May of ***...I'd like to find someone hard-working/successful, nice to everyone they meet, romantic, great sense of humor, and family-oriented.Also, when it comes to religion I need someone who believes in God. NOT saying you need to be a bible beater (I am not), but my long-term partner needs to believe in SOME type of higher being.     Okay here goes...I am a native of the quad cities and yet there are some places people talk about here that I have never seen. I work full time at a job that I am trying to love and I also taking some classes online which leaves me not a whole lot of time to get out and meet people. When I do go out I enjoy going to listen to live music and drinking some wine - I'm not huge on bar scenes except to people watch! I would much rather go to a concert than a movie. I work with animals on a daily basis and have two dogs at home who are pretty important to me. I have worked as a zookeeper - with water spitting chimpanzees and I loved every minute of it. I enjoy sports -- esp. World Cup Soccer and hockey. I have an acoustic guitar that I would really love to learn how to play (maybe someday). Thunderstorms make me giddy - the more severe the more I enjoy them. Over the years I have been working my way through AFI's top movies - I am about a fourth of the way through. I'm a pretty easy going person who is sarcastic most of the time but I know when to be serious. Feel free to ask me about anything I left out!
