Hey! I'm Leanna. If I could have any super power in the world, it would be to read minds. On that note, I think I have a pretty interesting one. I have a love for the English language. I love talking about issues in the news and cool books I have read. That probably doesn't sound too exciting, however I also enjoy talking about (and getting) tattoos. I like concerts. (anything sponsored by x***Im down to see a good movie or just hangout at home. I'm a football fan..I know what a1st down is and what holding means. Music wise..I'm pretty open..i like alternative rock ie: tool, seether, sublime, w/e works..i also like indie music/weird music....and you cant go wrong with a good band from the 90s..My biggest goal would probably be to be happy with what I choose to do in life. So many people hate their jobs and end up miserable. I aspire to not be one of them. *** side note. .. I'm looking to date men my age or older... I would like to do something we can both enjoy. Although diner and a movie is a classic, I would rather be able to talk to you without having to whisper. Probably meet up somewhere public and have a chat..then see where it goes from there. A simple, no pressure date would be nice.

    Okay here goes...I am a native of the quad cities and yet there are some places people talk about here that I have never seen. I work full time at a job that I am trying to love and I also taking some classes online which leaves me not a whole lot of time to get out and meet people. When I do go out I enjoy going to listen to live music and drinking some wine - I'm not huge on bar scenes except to people watch! I would much rather go to a concert than a movie. I work with animals on a daily basis and have two dogs at home who are pretty important to me. I have worked as a zookeeper - with water spitting chimpanzees and I loved every minute of it. I enjoy sports -- esp. World Cup Soccer and hockey. I have an acoustic guitar that I would really love to learn how to play (maybe someday). Thunderstorms make me giddy - the more severe the more I enjoy them. Over the years I have been working my way through AFI's top movies - I am about a fourth of the way through.
