I'm a student in my last semester of undergrad (I'll be done in December, yay!). My majors are environmental science and biology, and I have a minor in math. Until recently, I was planning on pursuing a career in wildlife conservation/biology. When I took a genetics class in the spring, I was *** by the subject. Long story short, I am now looking at various MS and PhD programs for evolutionary biology and genetics. My education is very important to me, so I work hard. However, I try to remember to have fun! I'm not all work and no play. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to read (esp. fantasy), and I am always in the middle of multiple books. When I'm not out and about during the weekend, I like to stay in and relax. Maybe watch a movie or play video-games. Being in the D.C. area has its pros, such as a short metro ride to the Smithsonian. I've grown up in this area, but I've never gotten tired of walking around the mall and exploring the museums and monuments. I also like to go on hikes with my buddies. I love life, period. I enjoy meeting new people and am addicted to outdoor hobbies which include but don't limit... Fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, cruising, camping.. The typical things a country girl likes :) I love country music but also love anything with a good beat... Cept the elevator music stuff, just isn't my style. I am sick of meeting dumbasses at the bar so figured I'd give this online thing a try. I know it's kinda ****y to say but if you don't have nice teeth.. Move on. One of my biggest turn offs is jacked up teeth. Spend a buck and get yourself some braces..Also, I am a very avid country dancer so if you can't dance, learn :-).
