Amish Country, but no, I am not Amish. I have a degree in Elementary Education and I volunteered at one of the city elementary schools. Now that my year-long service term is over, I was hired as a teaching assistant at the school I volunteered with. I am now a fulltime third grade teacher at a different school. With my recent jobs, I was able to move into my own apartment a few months ago. It's really exciting, but rather lonely. I'm interested in a lot of things some of which are listed below, otherwise feel free to message me and ask. I sometimes have trouble just talking about myself, but ask me anything and I am always 100% honest.Some other random facts about me:I collect PEZ dispensers.I drive fast.My favorite color is orange. I enjoy coloring books and crayons. I'm tall, but I still love to occasionally wear heels. I own way too many flip flops. I speak German and have been to Germany twice. I like watching sports occasionally, but I'm not a die-hard fan of any team.I like to be active and play a lot of sports, but I'm not very good at any.I like to play games; of the card and board variety. Also, occasionally video games but I don't have any systems. I'm a dog person.I listen to all types of music, but usually only while I'm driving.I love to read! The first furniture I bought for my new place was another bookshelf. I even have the first book in German.Currently I'm reading a lot of children's books to prepare myself for my future career, but I read almost anything.I enjoy learning random facts and trivia and remembering them.I am super involved with my church as a Sunday school teacher, youth advisor, and regular attendee. What I'm looking for in a guy:TALL!! If you're not over 6', don't bother. I'm really tall and I sometimes discriminate against short people.Preferably a Christian or at least open and accepting of the fact that I am. I love Jesus and my church family. Honest, caring, will communicate, and accepts me for the crazy person I am.Knows how to spell and use proper grammar. (personal pet peeve, hey, I'm a teacher)I don't answer generic messages. Be different and interesting!Loves to travel and possibly speaks another language.Someone sort of pudgy. I want someone to cuddle, not a rock or a stick to hug.
