Hey, thanks for dropping in :) So, you know what i look like, i guess you want to know if i'll bore the pants off you. Im easy going, open to trying almost anything, but know what i want out of life and work hard to achieve it. I know how to look after myself and would like to meet someone who knows what the want out of life and is working to achieve it.I love classic cars, traveling, partaking in adrenalin inducing madness, looking after myself in the gym followed by a nice pint of cider in the pub with my close friends! If you like to spend every weekend in a club, sorry but i'm probably not the guy for you. As you can probably see from my display picture, I am not afraid of a little mud or fire, and really enjoy running obstacle races.Music wise, I guess its a pretty broad spectrum, rock & roll to jazz and blues and on to almost anything that isn't some bloke screaming in my ear.If im not otherwise engaged, i try to squeeze in some reading, anything that stretches the brain, fiction or fact!In closing, just to make you giggle, I went to see a physiotherapist the other day, who said i was very stiff ;) and needed to try some yoga, so if you ever need a laugh, just drop me a line and you can come watch me make an ass of myself!Hope to hear from you,Richard.     So... selling myself? feckSo I'm a bit of a nerd (gamer and information whore) and a bit of rough-and-tumble adventuring dashed in there, ready for exploring the wilderness or curling up with a cup of tea and a movie/conversation/good book.I used to do Karate for 3 years, enjoy bicycle rides, ran the Bournemouth Bay 10k Run for BHF two years running (this year was my 2nd), going to start exercising more frequently and join a gym for running/rowing/cross train machines (as my work is pretty muscular, lifting washing machines and such, just need to kick up the cardio).And now I've decided to start training for something called Tough Mudder... 10 mile obstacle course though fire and electricity? should be fine right? According to people I can, but need to learn Cuban Salsa among other things before I die. I've realised I can cook decent meals, clean, bake cakes and bread, do basic DIY & Gardening (I rather enjoy it in nice weather), write with correct grammar and punctuation (that's a selling point right?)... I suppose you could categorize them as 'guy next door' skills?I guess what I'm looking for is someone with a similar sense of humour who is way out of my league? Or failing that a girl with the kind of smile that matches her eyes, and a sense of fun and curiosity equal to my own. Also I am not looking for a crutch or to be the 'be all and end all' of another person's life, I like people to have their own lives, clingy is baaaaaaaad.P.S.
