I read these but I feel like I'm the only one so...hey! Talk to you soon!Ok..I'm very much into health and fitness. I exercise 7 days a week, lift 5 days. An off day doesn't mean you sit around and do nothing. Constant(everyday) activity is key. But I also enjoy diving into Netflix when it is time to relax. I love to swim, exercise and watch movies.
