So I'm not especially good at this things, but guess I'll have to put at least something in here. Someday I hope to be a novelist, which is why I write all the time. Until then I work as a server, and I'm trying to get a job in the hospitality industry. I'm a conservative. I'm a Christian. Not looking for hookups or anything of that sort. People say I'm a really good listener and that I'm good at making them laugh. I prefer phone calls over other forms of communication. At least with people I'm close to. Nearby(within 3hours) I'd be up for pretty much anything other than a bar or a club. Not much of a drinker and a club is to dark and to loud to get to know someone. Something outdoors( picnic, row boating, hiking, geocaching, zoo etc..) or indoors(dinner, movies, some sort of craft thing, racquetball) are all good things to do, but feel free to think of something else.Off a ways( more than 3 hours) I'd totally be up for a *** see where it goes from there.

    I am new to the area, just moved for work. I am a writer and while my goal is to become a successful novelist, at the moment I'm working for a publisher to help with editing and whatnot. I enjoy it and also gives me a flexible schedule when not coming up on deadlines. I've thought about taking up teaching, but I'd probably like to go into collegiate level education if I go down that path.I like to read, should be obvious, but also into games, both video and board games, and traveling. I've been fortunate to get to travel to a lot of places so far, but there are even more on my list both domestic and abroad to still see. I've been to 20 different countries at this point and I like to hear about the interesting and exotic places other people have been and would suggest going to. I think I'd just like to get to know someone by talking at a coffee shop at first and hang out a little bit. I do like random adventures, so hikes and trips to events or festivals is always fun; even gone to a beer making class one afternoon just to see what it was about, as well as a wine tasting and painting class for something different to try. Trying out new places to eat or bars to check out is a good way to explore new places and get to know someone new.
