About Me

I'm a 6 ft 1 hero type guy with muscles hidden cleverly to deliberately keep a low profile. I've purposely adopted a youthful, wide eyed charm to strike the balance between rugged masculinity and a sensitive soul to keep in touch with my feminine side.I'm at a period in my life right now that has been in equal part both frustrating and exciting! I'm passionate about health and fitness and I am a mobile personal trainer, where I offer my services supporting people to make lifestyle changes, whether helping them to lose weight or to rehabilitate themselves through exercise after an illness or incapacity and with their nutrition. I am very passionate about this as I have lost 4 stone in the past and I love helping people achieve their goals. In the next few years I am hoping to own my own personal training studio which has always been one of my lifetime goals.I have several hobbies and passions, a mixture of physical and cerebral. I love working out and I lift weights regularly. I'm a nutrition obsessive and get excited about things like flaxseed, avocado, wild Alaskan salmon and sweet potato! I'm also a huge football fan who has to stay up until silly o'clock on a Saturday night to watch all the highlights of the football. I'm always looking to engage my mind, read a variety of books, study ancient history and science and watch fitness webinars for fun. Some of my more nerdy pleasures are playing video games and playing chess. I'm kind of fascinated with the game, never met a girl who shares that interest surprisingly, but live in hope, as long as she's not better than me!What kind of girls do I like? Well intelligence and a creative mind is really the key to attraction for me. I'm just a sucker for a girl who writes well, speaks eloquently and can hold her own in a conversation. If she knows what the difference between a Endomorph and a Mesomorph (Body types) she will positively have me drooling!
