I'm a chef, so I'm very passionate about/obsessed with good food (and drink :I), especially seafood and game. I'd have to say my life seems to revolve around good food, which is awesome :) Love the great outdoors as well, hiking, cycling, camping, horseriding, kayaking, stuff like that. I'm into indie music, rock (especially classic, think Led Zepp) but prefer alt-country and post-rock music. I'm also a bit of a musician myself (just ask the neighbours) been playing drums and guitar for goodness knows how long now. Love animals, especially boxer dogs, horses and tapirs. I'm sarcastic and cynical with a dark sense of humour, but I could believe I'm one of the good guys really.
