    A little about me........well I spent a few years in the army as a medic, I'm still an emt and still enjoy keeping myself up to date on my medical knowledge, I also try to spend my time reading or exercising.     I am working as an Executive Chef in a new assisted living home and am really looking forward to it.Myself, well i would have to say that I am a gentle giant with big blue eyes. Lol.
