Hello, I'm a personal trainer which I love. I'm a very active guy, train most days, teach spin classes and play five aside football when I can.     I have always enjoyed being out and about, and don't spend much time tucked up indoors. I enjoy an active lifestyle, and like to try different, challenging things. I have always been around the sea, and will give almost anything a go. I enjoy sailing, fishing and generally being on or around boats.Also enjoy mountain biking, just been in the Alps with a group of mates and had an awesome time; didn't break anything either which is always a bonus.
