Hey peeps I'm ash, not really good at this stuff. Basically I spend my mornings cooking my 6 meals for the day just before I hit the gym. I'm into all that body building malarkey although I've got allot of progress to get where I wanna be.... Not so much into going like the hulk haha just a decent build an ripped look :) I'm currently living in Newquay an love it here although friends are very limited at the moment as I find it hard mixing with others (doosh) lol. I've got no family so that's a down side to my life but hopefully someday I'll meet miss right an have my own family someday :) ....
