So I just moved here from Winnipeg, and am looking forward to being a Bellevillain (is that what it's called?). The night air becomes too cold to bear in short sleeves. The park is about to close. I finally win the bear. I look at the bear right in the eyes, then at you, then back at the bear. My heart sinks with regret over my obligation to be a gentleman and give you the bear. You sense the conflict in my eyes, and are unimpressed. It starts raining. I go home alone. Years later, the bear collects dust and I continue to regret my selfishness.
