I try to avoid generic, stereotypical answers but a first date is really about getting to know each other. Because of this I would enjoy meeting up for a nice lunch or dinner to just chat, catch up, and generally get to know more about one another and to hopefully enjoy each others company. Please don't assume that my simple first date is a sign of simple plans for future outings. :P
