The point is to get to know one another. I can't drink coffee, but a coffee shop is a good place to meet. Dinner is always a good start though, conversation can be taxed by eating, I think that's my favorite date. Movies or any activity would be okay, but with a movie we have to get dinner or coffee first to get to know each other.
