About Me

Well, I'm 25, I just started back at school for my bachelors degree in cultural anthropology which i'm excited about.I have tons of goals and aspirations that I want to achieve in life, and will eventually just takes some time, dedication, and a lot of hard work! I'm a very independent person and I'm career driven and expect my other half to be the same. By the way, to all the guys shirtless with ripped bods, we get it.. your hot and confident, great! Now show me the confidence and sex appeal you can exude with clothes on...I hold that attribute higher than being half naked.I want someone that I can trust and will lift me up on the days I need it as well as me lifting him up when he needs it. I want someone confident and who knows who he is. Someone comfortable in his own skin as I am. I will admit I'm not big on PDA, holding hands is about my limit on that. I feel that our private life doesn't need to be publicly displayed. I like to enjoy a night out every now and then, but I am just as comfortable at home watching a movie. Love the outdoors, anything from going to the lake, to the beach, riding four wheelers and horses. As for music my taste varies. If you were to take a look at my phone (which has all my music on it) you would find everything from Top 40 to country, to alternative, house, and there is some classical in there as well.Perfect date would be grabbing some coffee and maybe going to a local museum or even the zoo and just getting to know each. Although I am not opposed to grabbing a drink relaxing and just talking over dinner.

    I am working towards my goals and would enjoy sharing my life and my journey with someone who will add to the experience. I will be finishing up my last undergrad next summer and will more than likely be moving to see what else is out there, or be joining a "help the world" type group. I am continually changing and am not looking for someone to "complete" or "complete me" but just someone to grow with and enjoy the company. :) I have spent the last couple of years going to school and working towards studio art, English and creative writing. After taking the time to heal myself and enjoy parts of who I am I began to notice that i really enjoyed teaching, educating and helping others. This led me towards deciding to follow a degree in psychology. Although yes it would have been nice to do it all at once, it is how things happened. Much of writing is psychological or philosophical so some people enjoy it and other do not necessarily understand it. I also write poems and short stories. I spent most of my time working at different places just to kind of broaden my horizons and know a little bit of as much as I could. I really enjoy going to new places and traveling, although I haven't had the best schedule for it, I have been doing it more lately. Music; alternative and indie, I am not an avid gamer, but I like going to the arcade and playing every now and again with friends. Movies; all types depending on the mood.I do not go clubbing, dress as a woman, wear make up, etc. Most people think of me as a non-gay gay, which i am fine with, it is who I am. This does not mean i dislike or judge those who do, it is just not my thing. My goals in the future will be to continue for a masters and probably p.h.d in psychology. I would like to teach English and Psychology and maybe even Art while advising and counseling the youth to help them through this life. I would love to make some new friends and see where this little journey takes me. :)
