"Takers eat better, but givers sleep better at night"Life is funny sometimes, how do you sum up your existence in a paragraph? How do you get noticed in an ever changing sea of people? You can pour your heart out into this little box, and it will hardly get read. If you message me I will at least read your profile and see where we are similar and reply if I feel we have enough in common. If I send a brief message to you, it means I read your profile and I felt we had enough in common to message you. It doesn't mean I didn't read it, but responding in a long message seems counter productive if the other person does not feel you have enough similarities to be compatible. So I try to send messages to determine interest, and respond to messages from those I share the most in common with. I hope the information below sums me up well enough to scratch the surface of my being, and gives you enough to make you want to start a conversation. If so great, and if not thanks for at least reading what I wrote and not messaging me based off my photos. Well here I am -Let's see, I am a simple, quasi homebody, who is fun, friendly, and family oriented. I am trying to find someone similar to me, someone who has his life "together", but is able to indulge in the simple pleasures in life. I love watching movies, playing video games, hanging out, travelling, and spending time with the ones I love. I have a great job and a flexible schedule and I get to spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I am happy sitting at home ordering takeout, or going on a crazy adventure whichever way the wind blows. I will try most things once, twice if I need a photo to prove I did it and will never do it again lol. I am a romantic at heart, for example if you were having a bad day I would drop a single flower off at your job to surprise you, bring you some coffee or tea if you were drained and tired, or take you on an evening picnic in the park to lay next to you and watch the stars. I am a huge animal lover, and a vegetarian, its a very personal choice for me, but its not the right choice for everyone including someone I date, so don't worry if you are not vegetarian. They all have phenomenal personalities and are a part of my family. I also have 2 nephews and 2 nieces and I try to spend time with them whenever I can. I am looking for someone to share these things with, my family, my home, my life, all of these things I want to share, and I want a person who wants to share those things back with me too, who wants to start a new life, a combination of both of our lives. I don't want someone perfect, just perfect for me. Sorry but I am not interested in Mr Right-Now. As the time goes by people change, and our journey brings us closer to the end, with each day we get older and wiser (and hopefully smarter) but the heart wants what the heart wants, even when the mind may whisper "run you clever boy, run". I am a total geek/nerd and I wear it as a badge of honor not as one of shame. My phones ringtone and notifications are from Super Mario Bros for the NES, I love technology and seeing the advancements that keep being made. While at the same time I am grounded, I want to spend time in Nepal helping at a leper colony, I want to see the Dahlia Lama speak live one time, I want to have experiences I can never replace, I live in a world where I can make a difference, and I intend to. Be the change you want to see in the world, and to change the world you just need to change one person (which can be something as simple as a smile) Every interaction you have with someone you both give part of yourselves to each other, its not about changing each others opinion to match the others, or about uprooting there whole personality, its about when you interact offering the best of you so that interaction can be positive in there life, and receiving their positive energy back. I tend to think very deeply and philosophically, and believe in the good of all, over the good of oneself, because when others share the sentiment of good for all, you all take care of each other and in turn you don't need to worry about yourself. Well I hope I have rambled on enough to catch your interest but not enough to have bored you with the writings of what my journey has placed before you.With all that said... English was my worst subject in school and I am sure there are enough grammatical errors here to give a grammar nazi a twitch, but I am trying to convey a lot of information but in written form when I am much better orally. Its hard for me to articulate the words and sentences I would like to offer, but trust me I am intelligent, just in other ways. Thanks again for reading and hopefully we will speak soon. Professional, mature, very athletic active guy. I enjoy many different things. During the week I am non-existent dealing with school (Pursuing my Nursing Degree) and work full time in the educational field combined with an intense workout that starts at six o'clock am(4 days a week). On my days off I am either studying, reading, hanging with friends, beach, boating, or running(which I do on the three days that I rest from the gym). I am also involved in three organizations which I volunteer my time for either children in need of love and attention or assisting geriatrics. I like to keep my mind occupied so it stays sharp and my body tight. I am particular about what goes in my body so I generally turn guys off because I don't eat the food that "normal" members of society are complacent in indulging in. This short narrative of my life will probably answer the question above in reference to what I am looking for and why I am not actively seeking a relationship. However, that being said, I am not opposed if that special someone comes along. My goal in life is to finish my Bachelors of Science and obtain my RN License. I will at that time move to be closer to the mountains and hopefully purchase a home(preferably a log cabin). I will continue to work as an RN to gain one year experience that I need to allow me to enter the Anesthetist program, which will take an additional two years of schooling. It is a long road ahead but the benefits are well worth the struggle. I enjoy great conversations filled with laughter and life. Straight forward guy that has a passion for life and helping others. I like to see people meet there potential and am always will to lend a helping hand in any way that I can. I like to be sociable and definitely may flirt(if your cute). I like being me and haven't had any complaints from others. I am a straight forward guy and will not sugar coat it for you. I will give you the honest answer every time. I am blunt but am respectful about it. I like talk on the first date so generally I don't prefer to go to a place that is really loud, movies, concerts, etc. I like to get to know the person and feel if there is a connection. I am intuitive and can generally read people pretty good. It is, I feel, a big part of being a Massage Therapist. I like wine and a location that is homely. I like to take a downtown, waterfront park, or the beach. It allows me to judge your gait better from the posterior aspect of things, lol, ;)).

I'm not interested in anyone older than myself and usually prefer guys in the mid to late 20's. I love boating obviously but my passion is cars and motorcycles. I am easily entertained...
