I enjoy helping people improve their health and well being by advising them on nutrition and vitamin supplements. I am also a personal trainer, sports nutritionist ( now retired from training others - but still consult and design circuit routines ) and use my knowledge of fitness to also help *** on proper exercise routines.It is a great feeling to watch people improve their health and confidence and general out look on life.I enjoy ..as you guess working out, but also movies, Frisbee golf and christian rock, spending time with my son....I am a bit old fashion in many ways...I treat women like they should be treated...with respect ...a open the door for you Christian man.
