I enjoy writing poetry, reading, art, going to museums, watching sports, fishing and camping, gardening, bowling. I am loving and considerate, and a romantic at heart. I am a published poet with 8 books in publication. My goals are to become employed once more and share a long, loving life with a good woman. I enjoy many differant kinds of music. I especially enjoy country and classic rock. I would love to find a good caring and loving woman to spend the rest of my life with. I enjoy quiet one on one time with my lady. I am a serious person and love to help my friends. I prefer long term relationships and romance that is loving, caring, and close. I enjoy art museums, zoo's and the outdoors along with watching sports. I'm a big high school soccer and football fan. I also love college football and basketball. I no longer have a car, but walk alot for exercise. I'm looking for a good , understanding person, that doesn't fault me for being unemployed right now. Unfortunately I currently live with my mom and take care of the house and yard for her as well as do the cooking. My greatest fear in life is to not find a good loving relationship again. I love romance and the tender touch of a loving woman,and to be able to tenderly touch and kiss my lifelong mate. I love to share quiet times doing nothing and going out to the lake and holding my ladies hand and talking about any and everything. I am a little quiet until I get to know someone, but warm up as I know someone better. I am looking for a long term relationship, and possibly marriage. I m not an outgoing person but will talk to people, and be friendy to them. I like some solitude as I write poetry. I also enjoy cuddling and sitting on the couch with my lady. I am a good man, am friendly and for the most part I am a happy, well adjusted person..If you find me worthy feel free to ***, I don't bite,lol! My divorce became final on September 18, ***. I am now single, free and willing to mingle. Believe me I understand if nobody finds me worthy of a relationship or getting to know. So I leave it all up to the meetville universe to decide if I'm worth the effort or the chance to get to know you. All that I have to offer you is my companionship, dedication, commitment, faithfulness and my heart. I understand if that is not enough. My first date would include a nice dinner or bbq, a long walk by the lake or in the park and conversation.It would also include a nice car ride in the country or go to a lake and a short walk by the water's edge. Maybe some talk about goals and interests,and a nice long hug and kiss at the end of the night. I am up for most things. I believe a person can have fun without having to go out and spend a ton of money to do it, but I am not cheap :) I believe a nice camping/fishing would be a good date because it would allow us to get to know each other without alot of interference.

    Tough to do, talk about yourself, I have been divorced for 7yrs. Have been at the same job for over 31yrs and it's been an amazing career, only a seldom few can do. Have lived in the same house for 25yrs, have a son 30 who just recently got out of the Navy after ***yrs thanks to military cuts by our commander and chief and a daughter 24 on her own and doing well, have a hobby that some have told me is pretty amazing in what I do, I don't drink and haven't for 24yrs and have found that some people don't or can't get along with someone who doesn't drink, thats just my thing and I have no problem with people around drinking I might even buy a round for who ever I'm around, but don't belittle me because I don't drink, I like to remember the memories I make and hey I'll get you home in one piece. Friends tell me I have to big of a heart and am just to kind to people, that may be true but that just who I am !!!! I like to say I'm "looking for that woman that wants to meet me in the middle of a moon lit Chevy bench seat" the woman "who leaves no room between my right hand and the denim of hed jeans" someone that will work with me and walk beside me, looking to just enjoy ourselves Quiet place to get enjoy each others company and get to know one another for that moment and go from there
