I would basically try to have a romantic evening dinner and drinks also some quiet time so we can talk and get to know each other face to face. You can only do so much on line or over the phone. My ultimate Pampering first date is to cook for you my shrimp scampi, and a nice bottle of wine and start dinner with Brochette then scampi and make you a nice terimasu for desert. Then have some quiet time at home with a movie and so on. going out though to a nice romantic restaurant and a great show. a dream date would be, that I would take you out of town get away so we can concentrate on each other with no outside influences.
