I think I have the dating sites figured out. One simply has to get very lucky to find someone to date seriously. Even women who are very attractive seem to get stuck on these sites. From what I have heard and experienced, other than men are much more likely to act obnoxiously , I don't think there's much of a difference in communication styles with men and women. Many women I have come across don't follow thru, and I think my communication skills are better than most women. Seems like it's more about fantasy than reality. With all these people on these sites, finding someone should be the rule, not the exception. Maybe that's part of the illusion. I guess I am looking for the needle in the haystack, but it is possible cause I know a few committed relationships that started thru a dating site.That being said, I am a friendly person with a good sense of humor. I really am. I want to meet someone who I find attractive, personable, and considerate, and AVAILABLE for a relationship. I have many interests, and enjoy being active. I am reasonably athletic, and regularly play tennis, jog, hike/walk, bowl, and am usually up for a game of volleyball, softball, basketball, tossing a football around, golf, racquetball, ping pong, etc. I am also a good teacher when it comes to tennis, golf and bowling. Some of my other interests include live music, outdoor fests, dancing, dinners out, socializing with friends. I love animals, my 2 dogs in particular, and I get along well with children. I have 10 nephews and nieces who are now grown. They were all lovely children, and are now all wonderful young adults. Fun, mutual attraction, laughter, good conversation, and plans for a second date. What we do is much less important than how we relate. I can enjoy myself doing lots of different things.

A little about myself...Both the triumphs and mistakes in my life have all been blessings in the end because they all helped to be a better man. A little about my interests: I am always interested in learning new things. I enjoy scuba diving (although it’s been awhile), music, being outdoors - especially the beach and the boardwalk, swimming, doing renovation projects, creativity in general, and also just chilling out. I like many different kinds of music and am starting to pick the guitar back up..I used to love playing and making up songs but I got away from it. I've been blessed with having an interesting journey in life and learned much in the process. It really is a beautiful place. The scuba diving in Turks and Caicos was awesome. I don't find it necessary that my significant other is into diving, etc., because we can share our differences and really connect on our mutual interests, yes? Note: I really enjoy just chilling out and sharing quiet time too. Staying in, having dinner, watching a movie is also great!I would like to meet a woman who is, of course, open and available in every sense, has some kind of interest in spirituality, and is comfortable with herself. I am interested in learning about your interests. In a relationship I would like to enjoy friendship, having fun, mutual respect, the fun of getting to know and understand each other, and sharing the journey. It takes time to get to know each other.
