Intelligent, passionate, compassionate, successful gentleman with many interests and talents. Figuring things out is usually a fun challenge. Traveling, boating and exploring are always on the menu. I can make anything taste good on the grill.A good kiss or 4 with the right person is wonderful.Sharing a good bottle of wine is fun.I open doors for my girl and act like a gentleman, but I'm not stuffy. Family is important. I'm 5th from a loving family of 10 children. I get along with just about everyone. If you like to laugh, I'm your guy!I play and sing in a band and enjoy rock, blues, classical, some jazz.I like to golf, scuba, snorkel, sail, swim, bask, hike, walk, water ski, snow ski, ride non-crazy horses, grow vegetables and flowers; lots of stuff! I go to the gym, but I'm not a gym rat.Pick a topic, I'm usually interested in it...except reality shows :-) A coffee before lunch is a good way to start a conversation. One can usually tell within 5 minutes...A longer conversation requires a nice patio dinner looking over some beautiful scenery. Lots of those places around So Cal. A fire and a bottle of wine are great touches too.

Man. 54 years old. Zodiac sign: Sagittarius.
Looking for: woman. In age: 51-61
Hi. I'm just a regular guy, searching for a new direction since the kids are all grown and off to college. I spent a long time focused on work and being a good dad. But with the years passing and the house almost empty now (the boys left their cat with me), I find I'm missing the company of a good woman. The basics -- I'm a small town guy with a degree in history. I try to live by the Golden Rule. I'm honest. I worked and traveled in a variety of jobs over the years. Never got into the bar scene. Now I like to take day trips, go to festivals, watch the Buckeyes, and do family stuff. Musically, I especially like Blues, Electronica and Baroque. Action/adventure and comedy are favorite movies genres. I try to eat healthy most of the time, but pizza and dark chocolate are my downfalls. I go to the gym regularly, read mysteries and non-fiction, and spend (too much) time on the computer. Want to know more...just ask. Communication is one of my strong points. What I'm looking for -- mostly a positive, caring personality. (Self-centered, high maintenance women please look elsewhere.) I believe opposites attract, but similarities last. I'm looking for an intelligent woman with an easy smile who treasures life's simple pleasures and who is looking for a best friend. Is that you? First meeting -- how about a quick drink at a coffee shop or a quiet little tavern? Or a personal favorite, ice cream at Graeter's! Whatever, nothing fancy or stressful. Your choice. That's it...now's when you click the button to send me a message (just say "Hello"), or add me to your favorites and maybe I'LL contact YOU.

Looking for: woman. In age: 52-62
You can use all the cliches. Young at heart, young for my age, young this, young that, ... but, heck I'm 55 yrs old, that's not young anymore. But, I'm trying to be the best 55 I can be. Hmm, about me, well I like the outdoors. Like to spend time on the lake, fishing, camping, *** just about anything. Habits, well, yes I have them, probably more good than bad. I try to eat right and exercise to maintain my physical health. Helps mentally also. I workout at gym regularly and lead an active life. Bit of a sports nut, especially football. I still like to play too, you know, touch football and pickup basketball. I have a good job that I enjoy and its keeps me pretty busy all in itself. I have a personality. Well, so many people don't these days. Always good for joke or a smart remark. Intelligent, I can figure out stuff and keep myself pretty well informed about what going on in this world of ours. I have an opinion on just about everything, just ask me. Been told I'm an excellent conversationalist, keeps bad first dates to a minimum. Not one of these guys who will want to marry the first lady that smiles at me, but would like to find that very special one.Conservative politically and Christian. Oh my God, a Christian conservative, the bane of modern society. Actually folks like us are the backbone of it. OK, the good ole boy part - guns, boats, fishing tackle and a good ole' country music dancehall. Also a gadget guy, computers, iPhones, iPads and high technology as well as a voracious reader on a variety of subjects. If you want an opinion about something, just ask I have probably have one and know a little about the subject. Dating a little different at 50, but fun and interesting. I'm a talker and a listener. I've found dating at this age to include much stimulating conversation, it seems both of us are willing to open up a little bit more. Also an understanding because both of us have probably been through it before. Ideally I could find a country girl at heart, who doesn't mind a two-step or a camping trip. Riding the coasters at Six Flags, you bet. Backyard BBQ's and dressed to the nines under candlelight at a nice Italian restaurant. Or even at home, I'm a mean cook and not just kill it and grill it either. Fine dining gourmet stuff. Every had a guy invite you over to his place for a fine meal? Right now looking for a relationship with someone that likes to go and do. I enjoy hearing about your life and sharing a bit of mine with you. Who knows. it might go further. I particularly like something like eating on deck over the lake or bay. Enjoy the food and conversation, may be linger a bit after lunch to continue the conversation. Then head out for fun, maybe a boat ride, amusement park and just a walk through the park or a zoo. Enjoying the fun and learning a little about each other. Are still going or do you want to go home now. I'm thinking dinner now at a cozy little restatruant and then time to go home. Do you have porch? We can set on the porch and continue the conversation. Something about the early evening as dark comes and the sounds of the night start. Just sitting on the porch and watching the stars ( holding hands yet?). Getting time for you to go in, do we steal a kiss? Then we can both look forward to the next time.
