A most important item: the ability to communicate and stave-off unnecessary arguments by listening and talking. A great conversation is one, in which, any particular topic is never finished before taking- She should take the time (or at-least attempt) to construct complete sentences, with whole words. Making a meager attempt at the 'lost art' of writing impresses me. She should show some creative originality. I'm not the typical guy - I'd rather "do something" than "watch" a sporting event on TV. Agree on thirty minutes. If either is not interested, then each have an exit strategy and can leave after the thirty minute mark without hurting anyone's feelings. If the conversation is compelling…that will prolong the meeting naturally.
