I'm just a regular guy that did shift work for many years... I'm more than capable of being on my own, but the bonus of having a great girlie in my life does have it's possibilities. Yes, I’m losing weight and eating healthy, but will always be on the large side. I started a Paleo hack diet and it's working...pants and shirts are fitting loose!
