I have my beliefs formed by my upbringing and 26yrs in the military but don't let that scare you off it just means I have good morals and values. I like the phrase "laughter is the best medicine" because I truly believe that and I laugh as much as possible, sometimes at myself! I love getting out and being active and I love to dance.
