I try to swim and do yoga daily. I love to cook I love music, alternative, jazz, 60s soul. I eat through the seasons, what the farmers respect and care for: the nectar of a local peach, quenching thirst that nourishes the soul as well as the body. I embrace the seasons, feeling the heat of summer, the brilliance of fall and the brisk embrace of winter ,leading to the renewal of spring. The seasons bring changes of body, scent and ways of movement.I read books and watch movies that stimulate both thoughts and emotions.I prepare food that mingle the essence of fruit , vegetable and meat with the subtle caress of herbs and spices that augment but neveroverwhelm. My table is full with thoughtful conversation,simple food that stimulates and scintillates but more importantly nurtures the spirit. I search for equalswho understand and nurture the physical, intellectual, and emotional .
