Former firefighter. Changed careers when I became a single dad of my Lil girl. She has now grown up and moved out and what a great young lady. I work out in a bootcamp gym 4 or 5 days a week and am pretty committed to it. Still have a way to go in my fitness program but down 41 lbs so far and feeling great. :) Extremely into hiking, harder and tougher the better. But with the right person wouldnt mind slowing down and just take easy hikes as well. :)
