Chef, musician, poet, performance artist... I cook to make a living and because I have a passion for food and hard work, but there is much more to me than that... I'm a very open-minded, non-judgemental type of person who enjoys writing, relaxing at home, outdoor excursions, adventures on the road, and, more than just about anything in the world, playing music and performing on stage. I'm a comic book/sci fi nerd at heart who is not ashamed to let his inner child take the wheel from time to time, which I think is probably why I've always gotten along well with kids.     I have a hard time dealing with the lack of common sense in the world these days, as well as the dwindling amount of people who exhibit politeness and just general kindness to others.
