Chef, musician, poet, performance artist... I cook to make a living and because I have a passion for food and hard work, but there is much more to me than that... I'm a very open-minded, non-judgemental type of person who enjoys writing, relaxing at home, outdoor excursions, adventures on the road, and, more than just about anything in the world, playing music and performing on stage.
