I like to think of myself as the quintessential twenty-three year old nerd. I'm the NPR-listening liberal who goes to the comic book shop every Saturday with his best friends and loves to condition both his body and mind through yoga and biking. I love tell stories, whether its in the form of a poem, a play, a TV script, or comic book. I'm always working on my next story idea between ***AM. Yes, this is one of the many reasons I stay up so late at night. I refuse to take life too seriously. I like to walk through the automatic doors at any mall and pretend I am Magneto; Pretty exciting stuff! Not to brag or anything, but I make some pretty awesome burgers, steak, chicken, and spaghetti. I'm a super picky eater so it's about all I eat, but I'm trying to open myself up to new foods and experiences. (Fun fact: I recently tried rice for the first time. I also tried hummus and falafel. I was feeling especially adventurous that day.)In terms of music and television... I'm incredibly random. My iTunes is filled with songs by Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Matchbox Twenty, John Legend, Queen, Common, The Swell Season, Flight of the Conchords, and The Killers., Battlestar Galactica ***, Chuck, Californication, Community, Pushing Daisies, A:TLA/Legend of Korra. (I told you I had incredible taste.) I would love to tell you more, but then we wouldn't have as much to talk about! So, if you're not so secretly a dorkupine like me; you're honest, outgoing, and love to smile; you're as mysterious as the dark side of the moon; you want to change the world; you have a question, or you just want to chat and maybe grab a beer and talk politics and philosophy sometime... I think our first date should be something that is simple, but allows us to get a chance to speak to each other.
