I like people who are a mix of impulsive and calming. I love words. Chemistry is being with a man who knows how to help that happen. When 2 people fully show up, whether it's to tackle a problem, to share a meal, to take an adventure, to make love.......that's Chemistry.Here's why not to fall madly in love with me: I am crazy busy with a very intense life. My children and I have been through the Hell of battling and losing my husband to cancer. I do not have the luxury of a partner in parenting so I cannot count on my "free" time (drool). Men who are "simple" or avoidant always end up frustrated with me. OK I'm sure a huge amount of you have signed off by now....so what else? I'm passionate, affectionate, funny, and practice honesty as a never ending character builder. This means I don't lie, not even the so called "white" kind and expect the same in return. Cooking is my therapy making something new almost nightly (more intensive sessions occur with wine and Frank Sinatra added). I keep my circle small as I believe in giving a lot of attention to the people I love. I love the outdoors, my mental health is managed mostly with cycling, yoga and phone calls to my bestfriend and brother. I laugh really loud at the funny parts...(don't take me to a funny movie if you're easily embarrassed in public)!! I am the successful mother to two incredible young teens. As they require increasing independence it has the added benefit of freeing me up more and more. I get glimpses of the light at the end of a pretty long, fascinating tunnel, and I'm looking forward to cultivating the relationship that is for my future.

Hi...I'm hoping to meet someone special to get to know and spend time with. I realized that I have placed so much time and commitment to my career that I'm missing being with someone I like...a lot...and hopefully love one day.I have a great career working for a large coffee company and have recently been asked to sit on a board of directors for an affinity group that focuses on issues affecting women and children. Our goal is to make a positive difference in their lives by supporting their approach to education and guiding career & skill development. I also recently started school too (just one human resources course)...so I can be pretty ambitious...but enough is enough.I'm committed to slowing things down and spending time getting to know a special someone.I love staying in shape and living a healthy life style to look and feel my personal best. Camping, baseball games, river rafting and swimming are a few of my favorite activities. I like golf too, but I'm no pro and sometimes the ball is still tee'd and ready after I've already swung! However, I know how to have fun in a golf cart and enjoy the heck out of driving them! I also love to travel and will try almost any new activity. (perhaps not bungy jumping though).I'm sincerely hoping to meet someone exceptional and made just for me! We all have different tastes, likes & dislikes and attraction definitely matters. I enjoy so many things...I don't know where to start...:***I love to meet new and interesting people. Going to plays or concerts is always fun. Dressing up in a dazzling outfit or putting on a tank top and shorts to meet your friends for a BBQ is great. I love to hang out by the pool on a beautiful day with the music on and a cool libation....in hand. One would describe me as a social butterfly because I love to talk and goof around.Going to San Fran has always been one of my favorite pastimes.
