I'm back. Again. After taking a break from meetville I find myself once again back here. Although this is not a bad place to be, its really not my intent to stay here for long.With that said, I'll give a brief description of me and what I am about.I am a single mom of 2 kids, although they aren't kids anymore. Both are over 20. I own my own home, car, work full time at a job I love. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, although I don't get there as often as I'd like. working long hours, house maintenance inside and out take up many of the 48 hours that I am not at my "paid" job.So if I find myself too exhausted from a long day at work, I enjoy sitting on my deck listening to nature, having a glass of wine and just decompress.I love going for walks, biking, sitting on an out door patio, going by the canal, taking a drive in the country, cooking a meal with someone over a glass (or 2) of wine, campfires, sitting by the water, enjoying nature. Simple things.I like to travel although haven't had many opportunities to do so. I do plan on travelling hopefully in the near future. Family and friends are very important to me. I will defend them and anyone else. I will especially protect anyone vulnerable - animals, children, elderly - without a second thought.Truth, honesty, respect is #1 for me. If you can't offer that in a relationship (friendship or romantic), then it wont work. Physical attraction will spark my interest, but sense of humour, personality and charm will keep my attention! Looking for someone genuine, who has a positive attitude, a great sense of humour, is laid back and doesn't take himself or life too seriously . If there is a spark and we connect, everything else will fall into place.It could be my old fashioned values but there's nothing more attractive than a confident guy who takes initiative. :0)I've put dating on here as what I am looking for but ultimately I would like to have a relationship. It all starts with friendship and dating.I have put 'a few extra pounds' on here as I find the majority of people do in some capacity or another have a few extra pounds - I'm no exception.     I am not complicated but I live each day with adventure that is tempered with reality. I believe happiness comes from within and in saying so...am happy each and every day no matter what..... I love to be outside regardless of the season am not one to sit at home…….and then I simply breathe and bleed Blue!I am equally comfortable wearing the "little black dress" or jeans and a sweat top at the camp fire. People tell me I am very easy to talk to as I am not judgmental.I enjoy entertaining at my house and have worked hard to make it a warm, comfortable place to visit. My friends will often drop by unannounced and this works for me.I am looking for someone who is confident, comfortable in their own skin, who likes to laugh but also values the rewards of hard work. Someone who is not complicated and is able, on occasion, to laugh at himself….and probably more often at me!!I DO believe in taking what you dish out and have been known to be somewhat sarcastic….O.K. I AM sarcastic but never in a mean way……….I do not want or need drama in my life and am looking for someone who feels the same way.     I like to stay in with dinner and a great movie but love to go out occassionally. I have a great sense of humor and try not to be too serious. Sarcasm gets me in trouble sometimes but it's who I am. Laughter is the best way to live my life and would like to find that in someone also. I am a big reader and love the movies.
