I am looking for someone to share life with. Building a relationship is hard and I want to be with someone who is serious about making me a part of their life. I enjoy going to new places, trying new things, and meeting new people. There is so much to life that I have missed out on and I am ready to make up for all of it. The beach is my absolute favorite place on earth. My goal is to one day move there and spend my evenings after work walking down the beach, looking for that sea critter I've never seen before.I love to laugh. I need affection. I crave passion. I want to be with someone who is excited to see me and who misses me when I am not around. Someone who texts me just to say they are thinking about me. I don't ask for much from anyone, but I have to feel we have made a connection and that what we have is more than just the physical. I have two kids, ages 17 and 9 whom I share custody of, and have been separated since Jan '13. I also have a blind and deaf dog. I work in a retirement community and love helping the elderly maintain a comfortable everyday life. If you are truly interested in building a life with someone and want to get to know me, send me a message. Anywhere we can talk and see if there is a spark.

Hey... Life is short. And it's more fun when you can share stuff with people you like. My tastes range from wilderness canoeing to skiing to ballet to DIY home renos to a good book or movie or just listening to music. I especially love sailing. There's something about being outside and physical in a fun way - whatever the activity you choose.-indulgent historical romance - airport book :) ), the Economist and a decorating magazine or two. I am curious about everything and I like to learn/try new stuff. I'm not making any plans or setting any relationship goals - I'd rather just see what happens on its own. My work schedule takes me out of town for frequent short trips, which adds some challenges to this whole process. So not expecting miracles...but who knows? Grab a coffee/drink somewhere. Talk about what we like, what we've done and like to do. Doesn't take long to know if we'd enjoy spending more time together, right?
