I am not complicated but I live each day with adventure that is tempered with reality. I believe happiness comes from within and in saying so...am happy each and every day no matter what..... Drama can be created or diffused...the choice is always ours!I am confident but very easy going, love to laugh and never sweat the small stuff!!I value family and friendship….my children mean the world to me and as they get older they just continue to amaze and inspire me!My friends’ say I am strong and can handle pretty much anything that gets thrown my way.....usually with seeing the "silver lining". ….when in need I am ALWAYS there for my friends…I think it is a privilege and magically it works both ways! …I am lucky!I am not one to wait for a plumber or electrician …..that being said …my insurance company loves me! J I never shy away from a challenge and try and push myself as much as possible. I love to try new things, hot yoga and learning how to ski are my latest passions……so far so good, no broken limbs and no yoga pose that I haven’t been able to get untangled from….still working on getting OFF the bunny hill!!’ cottage in the winter playing in the snow or being challenged on a crazy ski-doo ride….There is nothing more intoxicating than sitting outside under the gazebo during a rain storm. I love to be outside regardless of the season am not one to sit at home…….and then I simply breathe and bleed Blue!I am equally comfortable wearing the "little black dress" or jeans and a sweat top at the camp fire. People tell me I am very easy to talk to as I am not judgmental.I enjoy entertaining at my house and have worked hard to make it a warm, comfortable place to visit. My friends will often drop by unannounced and this works for me.I am looking for someone who is confident, comfortable in their own skin, who likes to laugh but also values the rewards of hard work. Someone who is not complicated and is able, on occasion, to laugh at himself….and probably more often at me!!I DO believe in taking what you dish out and have been known to be somewhat sarcastic….O.K. I AM sarcastic but never in a mean way……….I do not want or need drama in my life and am looking for someone who feels the same way. I have been on my own for a number of years and I feel that dating multiple people is best left for others….simply put is not my style.I would like to find someone that not only has my same values but also shares my same passion for life.It is important to me that one sees life as “glass half full” and wants to share in the adventures that each day brings.That being said I honestly feel that at this stage of our lives everyone has some type of “baggage” and it is in how we deal with it that determines our future happiness……I choose to be happy…and I hope to meet someone that feels the same way……..liking a Starbucks latte is simply a bonus
